Social Media has the most impact on our culture today. So lets take a good long look on all the differnt aspects of its affect on our culture.
50% of Instagram users are set to private.
What does that mean? That means a lot of women are NOT showing bikini pics and that is never spoken about. That there are women who are circumspect with their social media use, who they allow into their lives visually and what they are posting is just for their friends and family.
Bikini Pics?
Whats the percentage of women in bikinis on instagram?
Of these posts, 362, or 21%, were recognized by a computer program as containing pictures showing women in bikinis or underwear, or bare chested men. In the newsfeeds of our volunteers, however, posts with such pictures made up 30% of all posts shown from the same accounts (some posts were shown more than once).

Dating Apps
Tinder’s makeup of the sexes are 80% men and 20% women!
So some men were wondering why they didn’t get any response its most likely because of this imbalance.
Women’s preferences are not the problem
Pretty much every metric and study you can find will affirm that
women on dating apps are far more selective.
However, women’s selectiveness is by no means an indication they feel
superior to men, but it has everything to do with the gender makeup
of most, if not all, dating apps.
There is not even one mainstream dating app I’m aware of that has an
equal ratio of men and women. They are all skewed, with men
outnumbering women — often by a significant margin.
According to the app optimization tool AppTweak, the three most popular apps are:
- Tinder with 27.6%
- Bumble 18%
- Badoo 15%
